Vegetable omelet

The spices will be spread around equally if you slowly add Vegeta no MSG added and stir constantly, turning this simple dish into a real pleasure. This dish is quickly prepared and should be served immediately. A mix of any seasonal vegetables can be used.

INGREDIENTS

6 eggs
2 teaspoons Vegeta Natur
30 g grated cheese
2 tablespoons oil
100 g red pepper
70 g spring onions
1 tablespoon olive oil
100 g sweet corn
1 tablespoon chopped chives

PREPARATION

1. Slice red pepper into small cubes and fry in hot olive oil, add sliced spring onions and sautee briefly. Finally, add drained sweet corn.
2. Separate egg whites from the yolks.
3. Beat egg whites until still, and slowly stir in yolks, Vegeta Natur and grated cheese.
4. Pour one-quarter of the prepared egg mixture into a frying pan.
5. Lower heat, sprinkle with prepared vegetables and fry around 30 minutes.
6. Cover baked omelet and sprinkle with chopped chives before serving.

SERVING

Prepare the remaining omelets the same way.
