Kale Soup with Cheese
You can replace the rice with cubed cooked potatoes.

- Yield: 4 Persons
INGREDIENTS
- 100 g bacon
4 cloves garlic
500 g kale
2 tablespoons Vegeta
4 tablespoons cooked rice
60 g parmesan
PREPARATION
1. Cube the bacon and fry shortly.
2. Add pressed garlic and pour with water.
3. When the water boils, add sliced kale and Vegeta and cook until kale gets soft.
SERVING
Serve the cooked kale soup with cooked rice and grated cheese.
