Pizza for dad

In tomato puree you can also add 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil.

300g pureed tomato
200g cherry tomatoes
2 teaspoons fresh basil leaves
100g persciutto, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon Vegeta
½ teaspoon oregano
100g mozzarella cheese


1. Mix pureed tomato with Vegeta Gourmet Stock Powder, oregano and spread a thin layer of this mixture on the pizza base.
2. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, and then together with persciutto and mozzarella cheese, arrange over the tomato layer on the pizza base.
3. Cook the pizza in heated oven, at 200 – 220 C, roughly 15 minutes.


Serve warm with basil leaves arranged over the pizza.
