Chicken Sticks in A Ketchup

Thus prepared sauce may be kept covered in refrigerator for several days.

1 kg chiken filet
1 tablespoon Vegeta Twist for chicken
frying oilMARINADE:
200 ml hot Ketchup
1 teaspoon curry
1 teaspoon Vegeta Natur


1. Combine a ketchup with curry and Vegeta no MSG added. Let mixture stand at cold place for an hour.
2. Cut chicken filet into thicker sticks and spread over with Vegeta Twist for chicken.
3. Fry chicken in the hot oil in a skillet, than take it out and put on a paper towel to absorb the grease.


On a platter put a small bowl with the sauce. Arrange roasted bread, grissini and sauted chicken sticks around the bowl .
